Kendo with Warren from Rivonia Kendo Club

What's Included:

 - Entry into the intensive Kendo introduction course (3 months).

 - Train up to 4 times per week (either at the club or online).

 - Traditional bamboo sword (Shinai).

 - For an additional R450, upgrade your purchase to receive merchandise and a               grading date to test your skills acquired.

Kendo is the traditional Japanese art of the sword and was practiced by the legendary samurai warriors.  If you are looking for a way to increase fitness, improve your mental focus and develop your inner self, then Kendo is exactly what you need.

Your coach Warren is the head Sensei of the Rivonia Kendo Club and has numerous achievements and experience in many martial arts including  4th Dan in WTF-styled Taekwondo, a 5th Dan in Kendo and a 2nd Dan in Hapkido to name a few. 

He has devoted his life to mastering the art of the sword and growing a warm and close community that cannot wait to welcome you in!
